We are on the hunt for a project manager with excellent attention to detail, time management skills and a can-do positive attitude. Working as part of the Client Services and Delivery team, you will be instrumental in ensuring we deliver projects on time and on budget, and be the conduit between internal departments, clients, external suppliers and multiple key stakeholders.You will manage projects across all functions of our agency, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and client satisfaction. This role involves direct client interaction, supporting our Client Services team in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service and would suit a junior producer, project manager or junior account manager from a marketing or creative agency team looking to step up.

A natural and effective communicator and highly organised, you will be confident in presenting project delivery components to key stakeholders and have the gravitas and understanding to talk about project management, budget and scheduling issues and provide feedback to ensure we deliver on time and on budget across multiple channels.

Accountabilities:

  • Plan and schedule tasks and projects in collaboration with Clients and internal teams
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
  • Working closely with the internal web team, project managing all web tasks and projects as well as being responsible for planning and managing all web workflow with our web developers and other technical 3rd parties
  • Stakeholder management will be key as you'll be a conduit between all departments, liaising directly with Clients on some project delivery progress
  • Support the Senior Account Director and wider Client Service team with projects across our diverse suite of Clients

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is well regarded as well as the following experience:

·2 years minimum experience, preferably in a creative agency/marketing role.

·Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

·Basic understanding of creative and production at the project management level

·Ability to manage minor web projects and tasks with confidence (mostly Wordpress development)

·Able to proficiently use project management software (we use Click Up).

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

·Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (big and small) and meet deadlines
