Job Title: Diversity and Compliance Manager
We are seeking a skilled Diversity and Compliance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in diversity management, equity, and compliance.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Manage multiple small condominium corporations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented fairly and equitably.
- Prepare budgets, status certificates, information certificates, and returns, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Organize and lead board and owners meetings at various locations, facilitating open dialogue and decision-making.
- Use industry-specific software to streamline day-to-day operations, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with Boards and owners, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Oversee Limited Licensees, providing guidance and support as needed.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in condominium management or a related field.
- A General License or equivalent qualification.
- Proven management of Common Elements, Vacant Land, and Standard Corporations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Word, PDFs, and Excel.
- Self-starter, strong leadership, and team player qualities.
