Condominium Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Condominium Manager to oversee the management of multiple small condominium corporations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in condominium management and hold a General License.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple small condominium corporations with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with Boards and owners.

  • Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in condominium management, preferably with a proven track record of managing Common Elements, Vacant Land, and Standard Corporations.
  • Hold a current General License and be proficient in using industry-specific software such as Condo Manager.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, PDFs, and Excel is required, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Location, Schedule, and Compensation

This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour and is available immediately. The location is Selwyn, ON, with a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
