Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

This is a part-time role that involves providing care and support to older individuals in their homes.

  • You will provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Care and Support: Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation to appointments.
  2. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  3. Teamwork: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
Preferred Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Test certification.
  • Level 2 First Aid certification.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
