Job Description

The role of an Advertising Sales Manager involves identifying, engaging, and cementing advertising partnerships to expand and diversify the network of advertisers.

As a deal-oriented professional, you will source, prospect, and close brand and performance marketing deals independently across the Australia - New Zealand market.

Key responsibilities include selling multiple products to clients, building relationships with brand and performance-focused agency contacts, managing a robust pipeline, and accurately forecasting new business closure rates and revenue booked.

Additionally, you will interact with the ANZ Advertiser Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign delivery.

You will convey field intelligence to Product Management teams regarding the development of features, manage presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts within the ANZ market.

Required Skills
  • A proven track record of sales success in digital media within the ANZ market (5+ years).
  • Ability to take a strategic approach to selling, including planning and executing sales strategies, building robust pipelines, and prioritizing sales activity according to business impact.
  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to structure and deliver an engaging sales pitch that addresses the needs of clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends in data and use it to influence clients and formulate successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
