Your Impact

As a Raw Materials Planner, you will play a critical role in managing the central business planning of raw materials within a given portfolio of suppliers and material types. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials for our production sites, managing purchase orders, and reviewing day-to-day materials outlook to identify risks and present options for mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor requirements for designated portfolio of materials and suppliers to ensure availability for our production sites.
  • Manage and raise purchase orders for materials required by the operations team to meet tactical schedule and changeover schedule of Project-based materials.
  • Review day-to-day materials outlook, identify risks, and present options for risk mitigation alongside site scheduling teams.
  • Understand, interpret, and manage the changeover requirements and timing of NPD projects.
  • Ensure inventory is maintained in line with group policies.

About You

  • You will have similar experience within FMCG or similar fast-paced manufacturing industry.
  • A graduate in Supply Chain or Logistics discipline is advantageous but not required.
  • You will have extensive experience with SAP or similar.
  • You will have a solid understanding of MRP.
  • You will have demonstrated understanding of Supply Planning concepts.
  • You will have sound stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • You will have excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
