About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at AkzoNobel's Sunshine North site. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring that all plant equipment is properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted weekly plans for various departments in the plant, including in-house mechanical and electrical trades as well as external contractors.
  • Provide accurate weekly maintenance KPI completion reports, tracking PM and regulatory compliance, capturing all break-in work and schedule adherence.
  • Timely prioritization of repair of faulty plant and equipment and predictable delivery of preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain and document equipment specifications, history, parts/materials in MEX database.
  • Actively participate in daily morning maintenance meetings to prioritize and coordinate works required for the day.
  • Coordinate maintenance through site contractors and act as a point of contact for third-party service providers.
