Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include kilometre reimbursement, laptop, smartphone, and Performance with Purpose Reward and Recognition Program.

Job Description

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based support plans to NDIS participants in the Sutherland Sydney area. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing participant needs through person-centred planning and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Evaluating and developing individualised support plans that reflect participant goals, passions, and strengths.
  • Providing training and capacity-building programs for families, carers, and support staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Acting as an advocate and role model for best practice in disability support.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional.
  • Current suitability at the Core or Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
  • Report writing experience and excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
