We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the success of our 12-month graduate program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and communities to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting people with diverse needs. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans, working closely with clients, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

In this rewarding role, you'll have access to extensive training and professional development opportunities, including monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions. Our team is committed to your success, with weekly 1:1 supervision, experienced buddies, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.

About the Role

Salary & Benefits:

A competitive salary of up to $100K+ per annum, including superannuation, plus a range of benefits such as travel reimbursement, external CPD allowance, performance-based incentives, and exclusive discounts on travel, health insurance, and gym membership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Registered with AHPRA or eligible to register upon graduation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Empathy and understanding of diverse needs

- Passion for delivering high-quality services

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
