We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting people with disability. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and carers to identify and address their goals and aspirations.

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $89,200 per annum, including superannuation. Additionally, you will have access to travel reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.

**Job Description**

In this role, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic support to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualised plans to promote participation and engagement in meaningful activities
  • Providing education and training to individuals, families, and carers on strategies for daily living, leisure, and employment
  • Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
  • Experience working with individuals with disability and/or mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
