This exciting role involves delivering exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a bright attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a high level of service to guests at all times
- Ensuring that the outlet is set up and cleared efficiently and effectively
- Greeting and serving guests promptly and professionally
- Upselling food and beverage items where possible
- Restocking fridges and ensuring the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to working hours including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Additionally, they must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance and current NSW Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
