Job Title: Night and Weekend Duty Manager

About this exciting opportunity:

This role requires a Duty Manager to work a mix of shifts, including nights and weekends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality service and achieving site goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational responsibility for the cinema in the absence of senior management.
  • Maintaining high standards with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to drive a positive team culture.
  • Meeting revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, including OH&S policies and procedures, equipment maintenance, and monitoring daily opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • At least 12 months experience in a supervisory role or duty manager position.
  • A genuine willingness to get involved and adapt to changing situations.
  • An ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Hungry for professional growth and development.
  • A valid RSA and Senior First Aid certificate is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Availability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
