Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team as a Psychological Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to clients, including assessments, interventions, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their strengths, needs, and goals;
  • Interventions: Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals;
  • Case Management: Provide ongoing case management to ensure clients receive the support they need to achieve their goals;
  • Liaise with Other Professionals: Liaise with other professionals, including medical professionals, community agencies, and atWork staff to ensure seamless service delivery;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Psychology from an Australian university;
  • Eligibility for full or provisional registration with AHPRA;
  • Experience working in employment services, particularly with people with disability;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to provide reports and documentation in a timely manner;
