Senior Case Worker – Parenting Assessment Role

We are seeking experienced social workers to join our team as Senior Case Workers in the Parenting Assessment and Skills Development Service (PASDS) program.

  • The PASDS program delivers intensive skill development interventions to families with infants under the age of 3 years, who are involved with Child Protection.
  • As a Senior Case Worker, you will provide case management and outreach support to vulnerable families, undertaking in-home assessments and developing creative interventions tailored to their needs.

In this role, you will work closely with Child Protection agencies and Courts to prepare high-quality reports on family dynamics and developmental progress.


About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position based in Croydon, VIC, working 4 days a week. You will have access to salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 to increase your take-home pay.
