We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with restaurant service periods, ensuring that guests receive a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Deliver excellent service throughout the entire food and beverage experience, exceeding guest expectations and promoting loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and completing daily checklists.
  • Handle general inquiries and create personalized experiences for guests, tailoring services to meet their individual needs.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in operational tasks, contributing to the smooth delivery of services.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and new guests through engaging interactions and thoughtful service, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold an up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia.
  • Be enthusiastic about career growth and development.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
