  • Partnering with trades teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Managing budgets and reporting to management
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies, including WHS

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience supervising construction projects
  • Carpentry/Building Trade qualified (not essential)
  • Cert IV or Bachelor of Building & Construction (advantageous, not essential)
  • Insurance building experience (highly regarded, not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
