They will also be responsible for managing budgets, reporting to management, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple projects in progress, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Monitoring compliance with quality audit requirements and ensuring adequate follow-up on actioned items
- Partnering with trades teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Managing budgets and reporting to management
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, including WHS
Requirements for the role include:
- Experience supervising construction projects
- Carpentry/Building Trade qualified (not essential)
- Cert IV or Bachelor of Building & Construction (advantageous, not essential)
- Insurance building experience (highly regarded, not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
