Inclusive Employment Specialist

We are seeking a professional to provide workplace support to customers with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the challenges our customers may face when commencing new employment.
This role involves working with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions, providing ongoing employment support, and facilitating training and development opportunities. The successful candidate will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
The Role:

Requirements:
- Understanding of the challenges faced by customers with disabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills
- Disability or DES experience advantageous
