Role Overview

As a key member of the customer service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient operations and delivering outstanding customer support. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Prompt and precise entry of purchase orders.
  • Evaluating materials and packaging provided by customers, notifying them of any discrepancies during the ordering process via calls or emails.
  • Engaging with clients to ensure timely supply of materials and packaging to align with production timelines.
  • Overseeing orders for customer-supplied materials and relaying information to the planning department.
  • Regularly updating and managing the client's open order reports, distributing them to clients as needed.
  • Invoicing client orders and providing necessary documentation such as Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Packing Advice (PA) to the appropriate clients.
  • Collaborating with the dispatch team to meet client requirements.
  • Upholding a client-centric approach, assisting clients in reaching their goals through superior service.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required.
