**The Role**

We are seeking a full-time (Mat Leave Contract) eCommerce IT Systems Analyst to join the IT team at our Support Office in Derrimut. The purpose of the role is to provide technical, administrative and operational support to Beacon Lighting e-commerce business systems.

Primarily, the role is to resolve technical and operational issues originating from our suite of systems from the website to POS and fulfillment of goods. The role works with technical and business associates, vendors for website maintenance and enhancements, support & testing IT in relations to e-commerce business systems. The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce system related inquiries and technical issues from users.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to e-commerce operations
- Meet with business suppliers and programmers for project management work during the development of business projects and where software updates and modifications are required by the business.
- Contribute to or author technical documentation for technical related projects. There will be requirement to assist with production of white papers on technical projects.
- Provide status reports and updates to all stakeholders and immediate manager regarding project status and system outcomes.
- Creation and maintenance of System Knowledge-Base. This will be used for training materials and troubleshooting references.
- Be available for on-call works as required outside of business hours if applicable, especially within a project

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide or recommend software solutions
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Magento experience essential
- Microsoft SQL experience preferred
