Job Opportunity

This is a chance to work as a Deputy Program Manager who will support the execution of various programs and projects. As a forward-thinking leader, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends in program management and apply advanced tools and practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple programs and projects ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Manage subcontracts and oversee subcontractor personnel performance.
  • Strategize risk mitigation and safeguard project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain open dialogue with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Enforce contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates in partnership with contracts teams.

Requirements
  • Experience working in critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • Display strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as PMP or CFM.
  • Possess active security clearance.
  • Minimum 7 years of prior experience managing large multi-disciplinary workforces.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience building high-performing integrated teams.
  • 5 years of experience working with business strategy.
  • 5 years of experience developing project plans and budgets.
  • 5 years of experience supporting government agencies.
  • Proficient knowledge of process improvement models and project management concepts.
