Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant. This position primary responsibility is to support the work of the executive. Specifically, the Daher Vice President in his role as Vice President Operations, North America. The Executive Assistant will provide the Vice President with a high level of administrative support including the following key responsibilities:

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Applies acquired job skills and Company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Assists in day-to-day operations, reviews incoming correspondence, reroutes as appropriate.
• Compiles, reviews and analyzes data for incorporation into reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
• Composes and distributes correspondence under Vice President's signature, emphasizing grammar, format and content.
• Arranges domestic and international travel reservations, prepares and maintains travel itinerary, reviews and prepares expense reports in Concur and manages credit card billing and payment for Company expenses for accuracy and compliance with company procedures or authorized expenditures.
• Handles routine inquiries by preparing a suitable reply.
• Creates understanding, influences and provides service to internal and external customers, requiring comprehensive knowledge of department functions.
• Files documents and maintains company/department personnel records.
• Exercises discretion in the protection of company private/confidential data.
• May provide lead direction or instruction to others within the organization to ensure consistent format requirements and adherence to company and office procedures, as well as the use of software applications.
• A wide and comprehensive acquaintance with, and understanding of, both general and specific aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered.

Profile and other information related to the position

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree plus four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience at an Executive Administrative level required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in specialized functions.
• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required.

Compensation is $62,000 to $65,000 base salary. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
