Leadership Opportunity in Educational Excellence

The Executive General Manager – Learning Outcomes will spearhead the development and delivery of comprehensive learning strategies, embedding Catholic identity and social teaching principles in all educational practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pioneering innovation in pedagogy, curriculum and assessment to enhance student outcomes across multiple schools.
  • Providing teachers with essential resources, technologies and professional development opportunities for exceptional teaching and student engagement.
  • Establishing system-wide standards for success, utilizing data and research to measure holistic student achievement and teacher development.
  • Fostering partnerships and frameworks to expand diverse opportunities for student excellence.
  • Leveraging educational technology to elevate teaching and learning environments.
  • Effectively managing resources to ensure governance, compliance and sustainable growth.
  • Mentoring and developing leaders within the Learning Outcomes team, promoting a culture of collaboration, high expectations and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with a proven capacity to lead complex educational systems and drive transformational change. They must also possess relational, strategic and emotionally intelligent leadership skills that foster trust and collaboration across all levels of an organisation.
