Leadership Opportunity for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development, management and optimization of digital systems that underpin the delivery of high-quality services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and innovation within our organization.

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital systems, business applications, Artificial Intelligence, integration and automation solutions that reflect contemporary best practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience leading enterprise digital systems, platforms or ICT services in complex organizations.

You will also have strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.

As well as expertise in enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR/Finance systems, collaboration tools, cloud platforms).

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in leading and coordinating business application services and programs and drive the digital transformation. Experienced in collaborating at senior level with other government agencies to ensure program integration and leading a team of specialists.

Our organization conserves and protects the state's natural environment and ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state.

This is a permanent full-time position with office location upon negotiation across NSW, hybrid working supported.

The salary is relative to experience.
