About the Role

**Job Summary:**

MPC Kinetic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our Gas Gathering team in the Surat Basin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of contractor and subcontractor groups to ensure that design, technical, and quality standards are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Manage resources (in accordance with project timelines), including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets MPC Kinetic and client-specific quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure compliance with MPC Kinetic and client-specific management system procedures.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • Preferable 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Trade qualification relevant to the field of operation of the position (or relevant experience where trade qualification does not exist).
  • Construction card.
  • Industry Safety Induction.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, and managing project timelines and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, conducting meetings, and reporting.
  • High commercial awareness.
