Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Cirtex Warehouse operations in Bundamba, Brisbane.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing all warehouse activities, supervising team performance (when applicable), expediting the receipt and distribution of goods, and ensuring organized storage through the optimization of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates should possess prior experience in a similar capacity, with a solid understanding of warehouse and operational protocols. Experience in a sole charge role is advantageous.

  • Strong leadership abilities and exceptional customer service skills
  • A proactive work ethic and positive attitude
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Physical fitness to handle some heavy lifting
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A valid forklift license
  • A Medium Rigid driver license is a plus

This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
