Job Title: Master Infrastructure Project Coordinator

As a seasoned leader in fibre installation, you will oversee the strategic deployment of optic fibre cables using ploughing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct civil activities including cable hauling, excavation, and equipment operation to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain stringent safety standards and facilitate daily pre-start/toolbox talks to promote a culture of accountability.
  • Monitor project quality, team performance, and progress reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Operate heavy plant and equipment including dozers, excavators, vacuum trucks, winches, and HR trucks.
About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled leader with experience in managing plough crews in fibre installation, who is passionate about working in remote environments.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid HR Licence (preferable) & Construction White Card.
  • Possess extensive experience leading plough crews in fibre installation, preferably with Optic Fibre Plough operations.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, communication, and IT skills to drive project success.
  • Be willing to work remotely and live in a caravan when required.
  • Desirable qualifications include Excavator, Dozer, Traffic Management, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, and High Risk Licence certifications.
