Project Supervisor Job Description

This role involves overseeing construction operations, ensuring safety measures are upheld, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site programming, collaborating with project managers and teams, and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are required to effectively delegate tasks, ensure quality control, and foster a harmonious working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely project completion by efficiently managing labor, machinery, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring site safety compliance and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions.
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to direct reports to foster their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Supervisor/Foreman role in the commercial construction industry.
  • Possession of a degree in Building and Construction or a related field.
  • Excellent time management skills and strong negotiation abilities.
