Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate various departments, with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, manage, and prioritize tasks and resources on a daily basis.
  • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe work environment.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Manage departmental resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties

  • Plan, communicate, and track all aspects of departmental operations.
  • Lead weekly meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set and implement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and processes.
  • Communicate customer issues and devise ways to improve the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and construction methodology.
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree.
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities.
