Site Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our local team in Darwin. As a key member of our construction operations, you will be responsible for managing site operations across a range of projects.

  • Manage and oversee site operations in accordance with project programs and budgets.
  • Ensure trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements.
  • Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations.

You will have the opportunity to work with passionate teams and contribute to our success and growth. We are looking for individuals who thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work.

  • A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a focus on safety.
  • Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
  • An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies.
