We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Sustainability Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and drive long-term success.


With a strong background in sustainability consulting and/or management consulting, you will possess a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing businesses today. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to our clients, ensuring they remain agile and responsive in a dynamic global marketplace.


Our bespoke sustainability, strategy, and consulting solutions are designed with a practical focus, aligned to the client's core objectives. We deliver advisory services across four pillars: 1) Sustainability and decarbonisation strategies; 2) Strategy and execution; 3) Program & project management; and 4) Transformation and Change.


We are a talented team of qualified individuals with collective strengths to drive strategy, innovation, and sustainable growth for clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, and contribute to the development of our strategic roadmap.


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as business, law, commerce, environmental science, or HR
  • Experience in managing and leading engagements with a small team of junior consultants
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
