As a Part-Time Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function of our hotel, working closely with department heads and senior management.

Your key responsibilities include leading the HR team, managing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and local employment regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will possess strong business acumen, results-oriented approach, and commitment to driving continual improvement. You will also have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has a strong track record in hotel human resources, preferably with prior involvement in a pre-opening. You will be proficient in HR and Payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, and hold tertiary education within a Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
