The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting on-campus administrative tasks, student common room facilities and activities that facilitate engagement and enhance the student experience throughout their journey from enrolment through to graduation.

  • Relevant experience in similar roles where you have demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong team player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvement
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improve
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems as required
