Regional Marketing Lead for Automotive Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts in the Automotive Division. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of our marketing plan, aligning with global strategy, and developing effective marketing promotion/programs with sales and Application Engineering teams. Additionally, they will validate industry implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market expansion
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform marketing decisions
- Budget management and ROI analysis
- Demand planning based on programs and portfolios
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing function or related industry
- Innovative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS-office
