Country Activation Marketer for Automotive Aftermarket Division, Australia & New Zealand — 3M, North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the Marketing Plan for Australia and New Zealand.
Alignment with global strategy, definition of activities, execution of activities.
Well-known knowledge of key 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division products to propose actions to increase marketing.
Budget management, ensuring the use of the budget with the highest return and capitalization for the business.
Monitoring results in the execution of the plan, refining improvement points, and developing effective marketing promotions/programs with the Sales and Application Engineering team.
Demand planning based on Programs and portfolios.
Validate in the industry the implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements.
Connect market opportunities with the activation of key actions in Marketing, segment management, and partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
MBA is preferred
Minimum 2+ years of related working experience in marketing function or related industry
Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking
Solid problem solving and execution
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
