Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Pest Control Coordinator. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing pest control treatments and inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Your primary objectives will include receiving customer calls, converting bookings, and scheduling treatments and inspections. You will also be responsible for managing technicians' work schedules, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive customer inquiries and convert bookings into scheduled appointments.
  2. Enter customer details into our database system.
  3. Schedule pest control treatments and inspections in accordance with client requirements.
  4. Manage and coordinate the work schedules of our technicians.
  5. Seek feedback from customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and improve services.
  6. Liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  8. Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement.
  9. Report any workplace health and safety risks or hazards to management.
  10. Adhere to company procedures, policies, and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment.
  • Previous experience working in Trades and booking appointments is advantageous.
  • Cert III in Business/Sales or equivalent is desirable.
  • Excellent phone sales and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
  • Successful completion of a national police check.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
