Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduling Operations Manager to oversee our staffing division. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team to schedule and roster staff to meet the demands of various programs.

This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling and rostering, with experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks.

Additionally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to schedule and roster staff to meet program demands
