Job Title:

Scheduler

Compass Group Australia is a leading food and support services provider, dedicated to nourishing the bodies and minds of thousands of people every day.

We are seeking an experienced Labour Scheduler to join our team in Perth.

The successful candidate will manage the scheduling of planned and unplanned shutdowns, mobilisations, functions, and business-as-usual requirements for all sites. They will also provide input into the development and implementation of site-based casual pools, develop and maintain effective business relationships, and liaise with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the scheduling of planned and unplanned shutdowns, mobilisations, functions, and business-as-usual requirements.
  2. Provide input into the development and implementation of site-based casual pools.
  3. Develop and maintain effective business relationships.
  4. Liaise with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling position or similar.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
