Job Opportunity:

Optus Stadium is seeking a dedicated Staffing Administrator. As the first point of contact for our casual staff pool, you will handle daily administration and data entry for all Staffing Operations.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations for the diverse range of events at Optus Stadium. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting and directing staff with accurate information.
  • Answering and screening incoming staffing phone calls.
  • Liaising with the Head of Staffing, Workforce Planning Officers & Coordinators, and the casual staff pool regarding event operations.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Upholding a positive and friendly demeanor with patrons and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Availability to work 3+ days a week, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings (event hours).
  • A Business Administration qualification or equivalent (desirable).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with TimeTarget rostering software (desirable).
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
