You will be responsible for supervising Food and Beverage staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high standards across multiple outlets. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise food and beverage attendants and team leaders.
  • Maintain hotel standards and company expectations across casual dining, A la Carte dining, banquets, and buffet breakfast experiences.
  • Deliver customer-focused service and effective staff supervision to achieve guest satisfaction and meet financial targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a team leader or supervisory capacity.
  • The ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a way that reflects positively on the hotel and brand.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
  • A Responsible Conduct of Gambling certificate is desirable.
