Job Role
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture / HR professional to provide generalist HR administration support across all facets of Human Resources to both employees and business leaders.
The role incorporates the following key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for employees regarding people-related queries
- Manage the People & Culture inbox
- Support the People & Culture team with all general administration; including preparation of employment paperwork
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee the monthly Reward and Recognition Program
- Prepare all people-related content for the Company's fortnightly newsletter
- Maintain the HRIS system (ConnX)
- Produce people reports for each department as required
- Perform ad-hoc duties and project work as required
