We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at SS&C Technologies Holdings. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, primarily in Australia, with the ability to support across the wider APAC region as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy Development - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop strategic recruiting plans, and establish talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Sourcing and Outreach - Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Screening and Selection - Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including panel interviews and assessment centres if applicable.
- Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
- Data and Metrics - Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide insights to improve processes and strategies.
- Employer Branding - Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at job fairs, university events, and through digital channels.
- Compliance and Reporting - Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Partnership - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting across APAC is preferred.
- Experience with recruitment tools.
- Experience in Workday is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
