Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Apprentice Automotive Parts Interpreter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the trucking industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on parts and components.
  • HANDLING CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES: You will be handling both internal and external customer enquires via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • TACKLING PARTS ENQUIRIES: You will be accurately interpreting parts and components, providing top-notch technical support to customers.
  • MANAGING DAILY PURCHASE ORDERS: You will be responsible for managing daily purchase orders, processing quotes, sales orders, invoices, and handling payments.
  • ASSISTING IN STOCK CONTROL: You will be assisting in stock control, ensuring that all parts and components are correctly stored and managed.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine passion for trucks and prime movers, manual car license, mechanical mindset with computer skills, well-presented, enthusiastic, dependable, and always on time. You should be highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to build strong customer relationships, able to multi-task like a pro, have strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable sharing knowledge and breaking down technical information, high attention to detail, and team player.
