The Opportunity:
As part of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling Komatsu OEM machinery, including dump trucks, dozers, excavators, and loaders. Your expertise will ensure these machines meet our stringent quality standards before being delivered to our clients. This involves base assembly, fitting customer-specified local options, and performance testing while adhering to SWP installation guides and customer requirements.
Our Assembly Specialists receive comprehensive support, both professionally and personally. We offer training opportunities, including trade upgrades, through our recognition as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Employees can complete two courses per year, and the best part? Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A trade qualification or certification in Light Automotive, Heavy Commercial, or Mobile Plant.
- Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills highly regarded.
- A minimum C-class Licence required.
- Working at Heights qualification beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to follow job scope and critical path effectively.
- Safety-focused mindset crucial.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- A proven high level of customer service.
