About The Role
As a key member of the Workforce Australia for Individuals team, the Condition Monitoring Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and improving plant reliability. This position focuses on Condition Based Health Analysis of equipment across the plant using tools such as Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, and Thermography.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a Predictive Maintenance Asset Strategy by providing input relating to Asset health. Other key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement vibration, lubrication, and thermography-based predictive maintenance programs, including maintenance of condition monitoring tools and systems.
- Plan and execute CM data collection and analysis as per schedule.
- Record CM findings and report on defects found.
What You'll Achieve
As a Condition Monitoring Technician, you will contribute to the development of a Predictive Maintenance Asset Strategy, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment. You will work closely with the maintenance team to implement and maintain condition monitoring programs, and provide input on asset health.
