Job Title

Assistant Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role in our store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, leading the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of new team members
  • Help manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
  • Provide input on store performance and areas for improvement
  • Step in for the Store Manager as required and ensure the team remains motivated and productive
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures to ensure a secure environment

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role (beauty industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • A passion for customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays as required
  • A keen interest in beauty and skincare products (K-beauty knowledge is a bonus)
