We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and qualify leads, establish relationships with builders, and negotiate sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in land or off-plan apartment sales and be responsible for converting leads to appointments, generating sales packages, preparing sales advice, and coordinating deposit payments.

The ideal candidate will be a confident negotiator and relationship builder with a solid track record in land or off-plan apartment sales. They will also possess a NSW Class 2 real estate license, be self-driven, goal-focused, and ready to perform.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage and qualify leads to convert to appointments
  • Establish relationships with builders to generate sales packages
  • Prepare sales advice and coordinate deposit payments
  • Negotiate sales and nurture buyers through exchange and settlement
  • Collate price and market feedback reports for the developer

\Requirements:\
  • NSW Class 2 real estate license
  • Solid track record in land or off-plan apartment sales
  • Confident negotiator and relationship builder
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and ready to perform
  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
