We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative people-centric initiatives that drive business growth.
- Lead strategic HR projects, focusing on attraction, development, engagement, transformation, and retention.
- Design and implement best-in-class onboarding processes to enhance employee performance and retention.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to establish performance review and KPI setting processes across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Develop and drive a clear health and wellbeing proposition that aligns with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tenacious leadership skills, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Experience as a strategic HR business partner in a fast-paced industry.
- A generalist HR background, with expertise in talent management, ER, engagement, change management, and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
