Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Helensvale. As a key member of our community banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Your primary objective will be to understand our customers' current and future goals, and design solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests. You will educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs, while also guiding them through personalised lending solutions.

You will work closely with our customers to develop win-win solutions that benefit both our bank and our customers. This will involve developing expert knowledge of our products and services, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs. You will also need to be confident in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone, and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
