Job Overview:

You will lead the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, collaborating with clients and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

This client-facing role involves overseeing solution teams through planning, design, development, testing, training, and handover, while maintaining alignment with client needs and organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Salesforce-based solutions, with experience in at least two full life cycle implementations as the solution lead. Strong business analysis and technical design skills are also essential, along with expertise in data migration practices and current Salesforce.com certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers
  • Oversee solution teams through planning, design, development, testing, training, and handover
  • Conduct business analysis and develop technical designs
  • Provide operational support as required to the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions or leading comparable software solutions
  • Proven track record of estimating, planning, designing, and delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Experience in at least two full life cycle implementations as the solution lead
  • Knowledge of data migration practices and one or more current Salesforce.com certifications

Requirements:

  • Based in Australia (preferably Sydney) and hold a valid permit to work on a permanent basis
  • Experience with Salesforce solutions, preferably with experience or knowledge of Education Cloud, Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud ERDs
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements and creating documentation such as process maps, architecture diagrams, and user stories
