About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and define Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end Health Cloud implementations.
  • Develop and document platform-level architecture, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Map business processes to Salesforce product features and optimize workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide technical teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of in-sprint tasks as per agreed scope and quality.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, automation, and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Ability to create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Experience in business process mapping and optimizing workflows within Salesforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation, integration, and best practices.
